All teens under 18 years of age must complete a work permit application and get a work permit before starting a new job. Applicants must be at least 16 years old to apply for employment at BGCM.

    In this role, you won't just run programs—you’ll create a safe, vibrant, and inclusive space where local teens build confidence, explore career paths, develop leadership skills, and forge lifelong friendships.     Position Type: Part-Time (Up to 30 hours/week) | Non-Exempt

    Schedule: Tuesday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

The Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield is seeking an EEC Certified Site Coordinator to oversee our high-quality Before & After School programs at one of our local Marshfield elementary school sites.

    In this role, you will be the heart of our site operations—building strong connections with children, families, and school administration, while leading a team of passionate staff to deliver engaging out-of-school-time programming.

    As a Group Leader, you are the mentor kids look up to every day. You'll lead fun activities, help with homework, run energetic games, and ensure children have a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment before and after the school bell rings.

    Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and looking for a fun, hands-on role working with kids? The Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield is hiring Assistant Group Leaders to support our Before & After School programs across local Marshfield elementary schools.

    This is an entry-level position that offers hands-on experience in youth leadership, education, and recreation. Working alongside our experienced Group Leaders and Site Coordinators, you’ll help create a safe, positive, and exciting environment where elementary students can learn, play, and grow!

    Are you a dependable, friendly communicator who takes pride in creating a welcoming and secure environment? The Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield is seeking an Evening Building Monitor to serve as the heart of our evening operations!

    In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for families, participants, and community members visiting our facility at night. You’ll set a warm, enthusiastic tone at the front desk while ensuring our building remains safe, organized, and secure for all evening programs.
